Last week MSLF General Counsel Will Trachman was hosted by the Federalist Society to discuss insights about regulatory whiplash. The environment of government and regulations is a complex one and many times we as citizens might see contradictions in the rules and regulations that are put in place. Not to mention the ever-changing landscape of political parties which creates priority shifts that can sometimes feel like a pendulum.
