Protect Jaiden Rodriguez’s and YOUR First Amendment Rights By Signing Our Petition Now
Jaiden Rodriguez, a junior high student in Colorado, has had his First Amendment rights trampled by his own school district. Jaiden displayed a Gadsden flag patch on his backpack – “Dont Tread On Me,” a universal emblem of resistance to oppression, central to American history.
For this, he was kicked out of class.
Since then, they have let him back into school but have threatened to expel him if there are any “complaints.” In essence, his First Amendment rights are based on how other people feel. That’s why our attorneys at Mountain States Legal have filed suit against the school district to establish a precedent that school districts everywhere must uphold students’ First Amendment rights.
This brave child and his family have taken a stand against this overreaching government and said, “enough is enough.”
Will you stand alongside Jaiden by signing the petition below?
We can’t allow the school district to win this case. Your voice today will tell these bureaucrats that it’s time to play by the rules and stay in their lane.
Please stand against this extreme government overreach by signing the petition below.
