Her academic journey led her to the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts in 2019. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2023.
MacKenzie's decision to join MSLF was motivated by the Foundation's unwavering commitment to its mission. She resonates deeply with MSLF's aim to restore the rights outlined in the Constitution, all while providing legal assistance to its clients at no cost. Alongside the Foundation's mission, MacKenzie was also inspired to join MSLF by the supportive and welcoming atmosphere fostered by the existing team.
At MSLF, MacKenzie plays a vital role in advancing the Foundation's objectives by effectively communicating with donors, supporters, the press, and the public. As the Director of Communications, MacKenzie and her team strive to provide timely and informative updates to supporters, ensuring they are well-informed about MSLF's work and its impact on protecting Constitutional rights.
Outside of her professional endeavors, MacKenzie enjoys exploring the great state of Colorado through activities such as skiing and hiking, traveling, spending time with her dog, Archie, and finding new books to read.
