Arguing Young v. Colorado Department of Corrections Before the 10th Circuit

Tomorrow, Thursday, January 22, at 9:00 AM Mountain Time, attorneys from Mountain States Legal Foundation will appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Denver, Colorado, to argue Young v. Colorado Department of Corrections, et al.

The case centers on whether mandatory, race-based government training created a hostile work environment in violation of federal civil-rights law. Our client, former Colorado Department of Corrections sergeant Josh Young, was forced to resign after objecting to the training—making this appeal a critical moment for judicial review of state-imposed ideological programs.
