Colorado Sued Over Racially-Charged “Training” for Corrections Officers

A former Colorado Corrections Officer is suing the Department of Corrections and others in federal court over mandated “Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion” training that created a racially hostile and discriminatory workplace, further ratcheted-up racial tensions inside the prison, and seemed designed to undermine the morale and teamwork of the facility’s guards, increasing risks for prisoners and guards alike.
