What Will SCOTUS do about New York Rifle?

A big question on the minds of many Second Amendment supporters right now is, will the Supreme Court moot the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association (NYSRPA) case?

Unfortunately, the answer is likely “yes,” according to MSLF attorney Cody Wisniewski. But that wouldn’t necessarily prevent the Supreme Court from taking up another Second Amendment case, as many think it should.
