But her order illegally deprives citizens of their Second Amendment protected rights. MSLF filed a lawsuit, on behalf of multiple individuals, firearm retailers, and a litany of Second Amendment advocacy organization, to vindicate those rights.
The opportunity to work as a fellow at Mountain States Legal Foundation taught me that it is imperative we hold our government accountable and keep it in check.
March is Women’s History Month and in 2020 America will celebrate 100 years since the 19th Amendment granted women the right to vote. Many Western states can proudly say they did it first. A full 20 states or territories granted women the vote ahead of 1920, led by the West.
Our litigation team successfully fought for property rights, the Second Amendment and more in 2019; securing several victories for liberty and American citizens. Those wins included holding the government accountable for being a bad neighbor.
